I was asked by a friend who is a real estate agent to help her get better values when using the CMA program, so I learned how to make the CMA report more like an appraisal report.

After strong response to my first classes, it was surprising to find that there are many agents who don’t understand or know how to use the powerful features available on the CMA program.
